2. Orders
2.1 All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion.
2.2 When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgment email confirming receipt of your order. This email is an acknowledgment and does not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us will be formed when we send you an email confirmation that the products you ordered have been dispatched.
3. Pricing and Payment
3.1 All prices on the Site are in GBP (£) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery costs will be added to the total amount due at checkout.
3.2 We take all reasonable care to ensure that the prices on the Site are correct at the time of publication. However, if we discover an error in the price of any product you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it.
3.3 Payment can be made by credit or debit card or any other method specified on the Site. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account before the dispatch of your order.
4. Delivery
4.1 We aim to deliver the products within the estimated delivery times stated on the Site, but these times are not guaranteed. We will not be responsible for any delay in delivery caused by circumstances beyond our control.
4.2 Delivery will be made to the address specified by you at the time of placing your order. Please make sure the delivery address is accurate and complete.
4.3 If no one is available at your address to take delivery, we will leave you a note telling you how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot.
5. Returns and Cancellations
5.1 You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days without giving any reason, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
5.2 To exercise the right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your order by a clear statement sent to the email provided in the returns section.
5.3 We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned products or until you have provided evidence of having returned the products, whichever occurs first.
5.4 Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. You will bear the direct cost of returning the products.
6. Guarantee and Liability
6.1 We warrant that the products will be of satisfactory quality and fit for the purpose for which they are supplied.
6.2 Our liability for any losses you suffer as a result of our breach of this agreement is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product you purchased.
6.3 This does not include or limit in any way our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or for any matter for which it would be unlawful for us to exclude or attempt to exclude our liability.

Refund Policy
At RemarOutlet.co.uk, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied, you can return your items under the following conditions:
Returns Policy
We have a 14-day returns policy, starting from the date the goods are received. This policy applies to:
• Items being returned in their original packaging, with labels and assembly instructions intact and in good condition.
• Products that have not been assembled, used, or damaged.
• Delivery addresses within mainland UK only.
To initiate a return, customers must contact us at support@remaroutlet.co.uk within 14 days of receipt of the goods, citing the reason for return and providing all necessary information for us to process the return.
Important:
• Do not dispose of the product packaging until you are satisfied that all parts have been received in good order and that you are happy with the assembled product(s). If you wish to return an item, it must be returned to us as new and in its original packaging.
• Unless the item is deemed faulty or defective, customers will be liable for all return costs.
Returns Address:
You can return the product to any of our stores located in Sheffield, Nottingham, London, and Hamilton (Scotland).
Home Collection Service
If the product cannot be returned to any of our stores and it is necessary for our delivery team to collect it from your home, a fee will be charged. This fee will be double the original delivery cost of your order and will be deducted from the refund amount. Additionally, a restocking fee of 15% will be applied for products that have been opened.
Damaged Items
Any damages or faults with any items need to be reported to us within 7 working days of receipt of the goods.
Please email us at info@remaroutlet.co.uk with your reason for return, citing any damage, faults, or imperfections. Include images to expedite the process, as we will request these if not attached initially.
Once you have contacted our customer service team, depending on the nature of the damage or fault, we will offer either replacement parts to resolve the issue or arrange an exchange of the item.
For noticeable damage caused by a courier, you can either refuse delivery, and the item will be sent back to us by the courier, or email us within 24 hours so we can arrange for the courier to collect and assess the damage upon return.
Full refunds, including postage costs, will only be issued for items that have been damaged in transit or upon arrival.
In some cases, we may request photographic evidence of the damage to determine if returning the item is necessary.
Flat Pack Furniture
If you have purchased flat-pack furniture, please check all panels and contents before assembling the item. Due to courier restrictions, they will not be able to collect an assembled piece of furniture if a collection or exchange is necessary.
All goods returned to us will be inspected upon arrival to ensure they are in good condition and complete. Only then will we process your full refund.
We aim to process all return refunds within 48 hours of receiving the goods back into our warehouse.

Standard Delivery Timeframes

Out-of-Stock Items
If an item you have ordered is not in stock, we will notify you promptly. You will then have the option to:
1. Wait for the product to arrive.
2. Exchange the out-of-stock product for another item that is available.
3. Cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Deliveries will be made within the timeframes specified on our website. Any deliveries outside these timeframes must be discussed and arranged with the company management. Such arrangements may result in changes to both delivery periods and shipping costs.

Product Guarantees and Warranties
All product warranties and guarantees are provided solely by the product manufacturer and the UK importers. If you have a claim under warranty, the moment you contact us we will act on your behalf to pursue your warranty claim. On most occasions products deemed faulty under warranty will need to be returned to either ourselves or the manufacturer/importer for further inspection, but this will be done in the quickest time possible and treated as a matter of urgency. If good quality images are available we may be able to use these to come to a conclusion. All warranty claims must prove proof of purchase and must be discussed with us before goods are returned. In the event that warranty claim is not deemed valid, we will not be liable for any costs incurred and we will not accept liability for any costs incurred throughout a claim for labour and/or other related charges. Warranty and Guarantee are voided in the event that products have been modified or have been sold on to a third party. The warranty and Guarantees lie solely with the first user.
